Tooveo offers subscription plans billed monthly. We believe in our product and want every customer to be fully satisfied. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
If you subscribe to a paid plan (Pro or Team) and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. No questions asked.
To request a refund within this window, email us at billing@tooveo.app with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
After the initial 7-day period, refunds are not generally provided for subscription charges. However, we evaluate all requests on a case-by-case basis. If you have experienced a service outage, billing error, or exceptional circumstance, please contact us and we will work to find a fair resolution.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via the Paddle Customer Portal. Upon cancellation:
The Free plan is provided at no charge and is not eligible for refunds. Free-tier users are not charged and therefore no refund mechanism applies.
If you were charged incorrectly — for example, charged twice, charged for the wrong plan, or charged after cancellation — please contact us immediately at billing@tooveo.app. We will investigate and issue a corrective refund as applicable, regardless of the 7-day window.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card issuer without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to us directly first — we respond promptly and are committed to resolving all issues fairly.
All billing is handled through Paddle. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times vary by bank but typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
