Common billing questions

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. All subscriptions are managed through Paddle. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — your access continues until the end of the current billing period with no extra charges.
What happens to my videos if I downgrade?
Your account returns to the Free plan. You keep access to all previously generated videos stored in your library. New generations are paused until you re-upgrade or your free monthly allowance resets.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Every account starts with 5 free video generations on the Free plan — no credit card required. This lets you experience the full product before committing to a paid plan.
How is billing handled?
All billing is handled securely by Paddle, a globally trusted payment provider. We never store your card details. You receive email receipts for every charge and can manage your subscription from your Tooveo account settings.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied. Contact us at billing@tooveo.com and we will process it promptly — no questions asked.
